Admin Actions Guide
Mark Complete — Closes the program. Client can start a new one.
Reactivate — Makes a paused/completed program active again.
Reset to Week 1 — Keeps enrollment active, restarts from Week 1 with 0 sessions.
Delete — Permanently removes the enrollment record. Use when a client started the wrong program.
